Three Arts Club

Three Arts Club, an affordable historic adaptive reuse housing development for seniors, stands at 340 West 85th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Developed by West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing. The building offers 61 residences, including 19 units for formerly homeless individuals. Designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, the building’s rehabilitation will preserve the building’s historically significant common spaces, including the dining room and the lobby, library, parlor, and music hall. Three Arts Club will also provide amenities like a multipurpose room, rooftop recreation space, and laundry rooms on each residential floor.

Project will start construction in 2025.
