Frederic Fleming House

Originally constructed in the 1920s for young working women, the building evolved from a benevolent home to a residential hotel and, later, a treatment center for teens in the justice system. After nearly a decade of vacancy, Trinity Episcopal Church secured a lease for senior housing development. Transitioning from developer to manager, Trinity partnered with WSFSSH, leading to the birth of Frederic Fleming House. Named after a revered rector of Trinity, the facility offers affordable single or double rooms with congregate dining and round-the-clock support services. It accommodates 47 residents, many of whom transitioned from our Valley Lodge shelter.
