Developed by West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing . The nine-story building offers 104 residences, including 54 studio units for formerly homeless individuals. Designed by Shakespeare Gordon Studio, the structure features colorful façade and includes amenities like on site social services, community spaces, rooftop solar panels, and landscaped courtyard gardens.
