Fischer Senior Apartments

Fischer Senior Apartments, an affordable housing development for seniors, stands at 97 West 169^th Street in the Highbridge section of The Bronx. Developed by West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing. The nine-story building offers 105 residences, including a set aside- for seniors with histories of homelessness and a superintendent’s unit. Designed by Shakespeare Gordon Studio, the structure features a colorful façade and includes amenities like on-site social services, community spaces, rooftop solar panels, and landscaped courtyard gardens.
