Originally constructed in 1967, this 120-unit Mitchell Lama building was at risk of losing its affordable status. With assistance from the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), WSFSSH’s purchase ensures the preservation of affordability for existing tenants, many of whom are seniors . Through HPD project-based Section 8, residents will benefit from significantly reduced rents.
