West 120’s

Five vacant buildings in West Harlem were acquired by WSFSSH and formed the West 120’s Cluster. These five brownstones, part of the 203(k) crisis, were renovated into 37 studio apartments for individuals meeting various income and eligibility requirements. The West 126th Street Block Association’s active participation was crucial to this project’s success, and their ongoing community involvement is highly valued.
